Biography

Logan has eight years of construction field supervision experience. His experience ranges from mixed-use construction to renovation of occupied senior living facilities. Logan will be assisting the project team during pre-construction by developing project schedules.

Experience

• Brookdale Senior Living – Vernon Hills, IL Renovation of 53,162 SF consists of four floors of senior living. Additions of a dining area to the 1st floor, a resident activity kitchen, spa, and an extended café.
• Avenue 80 – Overland Park, KS Mixed-use building containing 218 luxury apartments with clubhouse & commercial/retail components.
• District at City Center – Lenexa, KS 300,000 SF including apartments units, retail, office space, and 2 precast parking structures.
• East 9 at Pickwick Plaza – Kansas City, MO 260-unit historic renovation of a 10-story building.
