The Bee Creek Luxury Apartment complex encompasses 14 buildings with a total of 224 luxury apartments in the 15-acre development. The apartments, comprised of two- and three- bedroom units, feature standard finishes such as granite countertops, oak cabinets, and full-size washer and dryer sets in each unit.

The property boasts numerous amenities, including a fully equipped clubhouse facility, a state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center, movie screening room with theater-style seating, a business center, resort-style saltwater pool with waterfalls, and poolside Wi-Fi. This HUD project required extensive site work to prepare for the onset of construction. Prior to placing the foundation, the rock was pre-split and blasted; then 129,321 cubic yards of rock was excavated from the site and over 6,570 cubic yards of concrete was placed at the site
