This project comprised the revitalization of five wings and a central floor which included demolition work, repairs to drywall, a fresh coat of paint to rejuvenate the interior spaces, and the installation of exterior siding. In addition to the aesthetic enhancements, there is a focus on enhancing the facility’s functionality through the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key areas of the facility underwent a dramatic transformation. The kitchen, resident rooms, hallways, dining room, and central areas are all received a meticulous renovation process. This includes the removal of sliders and concrete pads, followed by the installation of new windows, Tyvek insulation, stucco finishes, and soffits, blending with the overall facility’s aesthetics.

Furthermore, Haren Companies has taken on the responsibility of overseeing the installation of light pole bases and poles. Our team has also coordinated closely with subcontractors to manage the parking lot and curb enhancements, streamlining the entire renovation process.
