Haren Companies has proudly carried out multiple renovations of the Heritage Place building on the Lakeview Village Campus. The renovations include turning 300-square-foot studio apartments into spacious 2,000-square-foot, two-bedroom apartments. These remarkable renovations involved a complete overhaul of entire sections of the building, necessitating the demolition of existing units down to their structural shells. From these stripped-down shells, we crafted an elevated living experience, catering to the needs and desires of senior citizen residents. Our commitment to accessibility and comfort resulted in these apartments being fully ADA accessible, ensuring a seamless and inclusive living environment for all. The result is not merely a renovation but a testament to our dedication to providing high-quality living spaces that enhance the quality of life for the residents at Lakeview Village.
