Haren Companies renovated the 36,776-square-foot memory care wing for Villa St. Francis Catholic Community Health. This project comprised the revitalization of five wings and a central common area. The renovation involved a multi-faceted approach. This included demolition, repairs to drywall, a fresh coat of paint to rejuvenate the interior spaces, and repairs to exterior siding. In addition to the aesthetic enhancements, there is a focus on improving the facility’s functionality through the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Key areas of the facility underwent a dramatic transformation. The kitchen, resident rooms, hallways, dining room, and central areas are all renovated while residents continued living in the facility. This includes the removal of sliding doors and existing concrete pads, followed by the addition of the covered entrance. Furthermore, Haren Companies oversaw the installation of light pole bases and poles. Our team has also coordinated closely with subcontractors to manage the parking lot and curb enhancements, streamlining the entire renovation process.
