Holman selected Haren Companies as their design-build partner for our ability to deliver a true single-source solution managing design coordination, construction, and execution under one point of responsibility. This streamlined communication, controlled costs, and kept the project on schedule while meeting Holman’s operational needs.

The project included a comprehensive office renovation with new offices, conference and huddle rooms, upgraded restrooms and locker rooms, break areas, casework, and reconfigured support spaces. Each improvement was designed to enhance functionality, improve the employee experience, and maintain ADA compliance while integrating seamlessly with existing systems.

In the production area, our team removed an existing mezzanine to open up valuable floor space and support expanded operations. This work was carefully planned and executed to ensure safety and efficiency without disrupting ongoing activities.

A key success of the project was completing all work while the facility remained fully operational. Through phased construction, proactive coordination, and clear communication, disruptions were minimized and daily operations continued uninterrupted.
