Norman School Lofts, a Haren Companies project, transformed the historic Norman School, built in 1898, into luxury studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments in Kansas City’s Valentine neighborhood. The original architectural elements were preserved, while modern amenities were introduced. Two annexes to the East and West were repurposed to expand the living space, adding contemporary residences. Residents enjoy off-street parking, an outdoor pool, and a dog salon, all near Westport, the Crossroads, and the Uptown Art District, blending historic charm with modern living.
