The Monogram Building is a mixed-use historic renovation featuring two, two-story masonry buildings. The north building houses retail space, while the south building includes four ground-floor retail spaces and an eight-unit micro hotel with a rooftop deck.

The project added 13,424 square feet of new retail space and 4,937 square feet of boutique hotel space, boosting growth in the Crossroads District while preserving the building’s historic character. Original fire doors, office doors, transoms, wood flooring, and brick were salvaged, restored, and reused, with each tenant and hotel space given a unique finish.
