For a ground-up construction project focused on creating multi-tenant shell spaces, Haren Companies navigated the complexities of constructing with diverse materials such as concrete ribbon slabs, wood framing, trusses, insulation, drywall, stucco, masonry, and storefront components. Our team comprehensive approach extended beyond the structure itself to include sitework and landscaping, creating a cohesive integration of the structure with its surroundings. This involved grading, drainage, and the installation of hardscape elements that complemented the architectural design. Close coordination with the facility’s Operations Manager ensured that all potential issues, including the integration and modification of existing systems like sprinklers, were proactively addressed. This also involved capping off existing utilities and installing separate metered systems for the building, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with all requirements.
