Haren Companies functioned as the CMAR for the construction of the contemporary Station #12 that is adaptable and will be used for future fire stations. Pre-construction services were provided following AIA A133 guidelines.

Station #12 is situated on a 4.5 acre parcel that includes a future park development. The facility includes two drive-through bays and ambulance bay, SCBA equipment room, decontamination room, gear lockers, EMS service and storage, 10 bunk rooms, fitness center, kitchen/dining, living, offices, and support spaces.
The design incorporates health & wellness and environmental stewardship elements, while providing for a low maintenance, flexible, and enduring facility.
