Haren Companies completed a project with Operation BBQ Relief, a non-profit camp for disabled veterans and first responders in Missouri. Faced with budget constraints, we developed a four-phase construction plan to ensure their priorities were met within their available funds. We provided detailed estimates and schedules for each phase, allowing efficient allocation of resources. Collaboratively, we reviewed these plans and established timelines aligned with their funding availability. Our tracking system monitored funds released versus those needed for upcoming phases, ensuring transparency and budget adherence. Regular updates on costs kept the ownership informed. These schedules and estimates helped Operation BBQ Relief communicate progress to their donors, demonstrating effective use of contributions. Now in the third phase, the project is progressing successfully, with ownership highly satisfied.
