The Bluhawk multi-family apartment complex consists of eight buildings, offering 201 thoughtfully designed apartments in a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Each building provides both enclosed garage parking and open parking options for residents.

Constructed with a stick frame, the apartments feature high-end interior finishes, including granite countertops, adding a touch of luxury to the living spaces. The complex also boasts on-site amenities, such as a basketball court, and is conveniently located near a full-service hospital, grocery store, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants.

The construction site presented unique challenges, as it sits on solid limestone layers. To prepare the land, extensive mass blasting was conducted across much of the site, ensuring a stable foundation for this modern residential community.
