Haren Companies managed a comprehensive renovation of each of the 152 apartment units, adding new flooring, bath fixtures, quartz countertops, appliances, and repairs to the historic plaster molding. This meticulous attention to detail revitalized the living spaces while preserving the building’s heritage.

The lobby was also transformed, featuring dome ceiling plaster molds and a restored original marble floor and stairway. As the general contractor, Haren Companies skillfully balanced modern functionality with the building’s historical significance, achieving a harmonious renovation.
