AkroFire Facility Tenant Improvement

This project consists of a comprehensive interior tenant improvement within an existing industrial building to support AkroFire’s expanded office, production, and support operations. The scope includes selective demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, finishes, and portions of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection systems.

New construction includes reconfigured office spaces, production areas, a break room, locker rooms, storage, and support spaces. Additional work features new interior partitions, fire-rated and smoke-rated assemblies, ceilings, finishes, doors, and interior egress components.

The project also includes upgrades and modifications to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems to support the new layout and meet current code requirements. All work is carefully coordinated to maintain life safety, accessibility, and operational efficiency. Construction is performed within the defined tenant improvement area while protecting adjacent existing conditions.
