Trent is the Field Operations Manager for the In-House Trades team and has 20 years of experience in construction supervision. Trent leads a team of 30 carpenters, foremen, laborers, project managers, and estimators. He will be providing support to the estimators and project managers who will be leading Haren’s In-House Trades work and assisting in the coordination of manpower. In the past three years, Trent and his team have completed work in 14 public safety projects. Many of those projects included renovations of operational fire and police stations.

Todd Staiert is an experienced superintendent at Haren Companies with more than 20 years of construction expertise. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential homes, commercial buildings, tenant finishes, multi-family developments, and structural concrete work.
Starting out as a carpenter, Todd developed a strong foundation in hands-on craftsmanship, which has been key to his success. Over the last five years, he’s taken on leadership roles, overseeing teams and managing complex projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Outside of work, Todd continues to pursue his passion for construction by building docks, decks, and seawalls in his free time. His combination of field experience and leadership skills makes him a valuable asset to the Haren Companies team.

He has experience in both the public hard bid market and the private/negotiated design-build market. Jeff’s responsibilities include early value cost feedback to the client. He helps to consistently guide designers and owners to within 5% of the original schematic budget because of our experience, accuracy, and knowledge of the current market and his relationships with trade partners. Jeff prides himself on open communication with our clients to ensure an efficient, responsible build process. Jeff leads a team of two estimators.
