Client:<\/strong> Public Building Commission of Johnson County<\/p>\n Architect:<\/strong> Finkle Williams<\/p>\n Location:<\/strong> Lenexa, Kansas<\/p>\n Size:<\/strong> 15,000 SF<\/p>\n Completion:<\/strong> February 2024<\/p>\n Your Haren team functioned as the construction manager at risk on the construction of the northern battalion headquarters for Johnson County EMS. Haren Companies provided a full range of construction services from the design phase through project completion. The renovation project involved conversion of a carwash into a 4 bay EMS facility that includes a kitchen, day room and 6 bunk rooms. In order to gain additional square footage, an existing drive through bay was walled-off to create two additional apparatus bays. The basement was also included in this renovation where everything from the ceilings to the floors were redone.
